Drug intelligence / Profile preview
[68Ga]Ga-ZL13H02 is a gallium-68 radiolabeled cyclic peptide-based positron emission tomography (PET) imaging tracer targeting delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3). Developed by researchers at ShanghaiTech University, the tracer is designed for the non-invasive detection and monitoring of DLL3 expression in small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and other neuroendocrine tumors. It consists of a cyclic peptide scaffold (derived from PepSP1269) conjugated to the chelator DOTA and radiolabeled with gallium-68. In preclinical models, [68Ga]Ga-ZL13H02 demonstrated high binding affinity, favorable in vitro stability, and specific tumor accumulation with high tumor-to-background contrast, highlighting its potential as a diagnostic tool for SCLC.
